An employment trends survey by Ma Foi indicated that the organised sector in India is expected to create a million new jobs in 2010-2011.

The focus is on smaller cities such as Ahmedabad and Pune. Among the metros, Chennai is ahead followed by Bangalore and Kolkata while Hyderabad is beset with political controversies.

Mumbai and Delhi are yet to overcome fully the impact of the slowdown. Among different sectors, healthcare is on top with prospects of 2,95,000 jobs …
