Kyrgyz paper says separatist leaflets create tension in south.

Separatist leaflets have created tension in the southern Kyrgyz city of Osh and Suzak, Kyrgyz journalist Radmir Safarov reports. In an article entitled "The fuse has been lit. What will happen next?", published by the Kyrgyz newspaper Delo No on 5 May, Safarov wrote: "The first sign of tension in the air was the appearance of leaflets and compact discs calling for the creation of a South Kyrgyzstan republic and the transformation of Kyrgyzstan into a federal country. The propaganda materials have been widely spread among the people of the southern city, according to both the residents of Osh as well as state bodies."
