Disgruntled civil servants are seeking an urgent meeting with the minister of public service, Eliphas Mukonoweshuro, to clarify the government's freeze on salary increments. Executives from civil servants unions said this week there was renewed agitation among the lowly paid civil servants following revelations, a fortnight ago, that government would not be making any future salary increments due to a tight financial squeeze.
