Section: Government & Politics - On 29 April 2010, at the Parliament, Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban gave an interview on the clash between military officers and the Redshirts in the area close to the National Memorial in Don Muang. He said that there had been a statement on that incident. The incident occurred because Mr. Kwanchai Praipana, a Redshirts leader, led the protestors to Talad Thai to assemble with the other protestors. This group of the Redshirts blocked the traffic and prevented the general public from commuting.
