Manyi blames 'interpretation of constitution' Staff Writer IT WAS not the constitution that was blocking social and economic transformation in SA but rather the way the constitution was being interpreted, Black Management Forum (BMF) president Jimmy Manyi said yesterday.

Manyi said this was the consensus after two panel discussions at a BMF symposium considered the constitution to identify where the problems lay in SA's progress in transformation and land reform.
