Nipson SAS sold to ADT's Dufeil and sales director.

Nipson UK's France-based parent company Nipson SAS has been sold to a buy-in management buy-out (BIMBO) team led by French print industry veteran Loic Dufeil.

Dufeil, who is a director at software company ADT, has bought a 51% stake from former owner Creacorp, with Nipson SAS sales and marketing director Guillaume Dumarey taking the remaining 49% stake.

Following completion of the deal, Nipson SAS said that it would add ADT products to its portfolio - a move that UK managing director David Mooney described as 'great news for the UK'.
