I REFER to the letter "LCCT shuttle service ruined my holiday" (NST, April 21) on how the writer's wonderful time here in Malaysia was marred by the shuttle bus experience from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT).
The writer has clearly expressed his dissatisfaction with the shuttle bus service in respect of punctuality, the shabby condition of the bus and the unhelpful driver and conductor.
The airport coach from Nilai to KLIA and LCCT also needs to be spruced up. There is no direct bus service from Seremban to KLIA.
