from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, April 27 (Bernama) -- The Securities Commission (SC) is investigating the activities of Rantau Simfoni Sdn Bhd and its director Zamani Hamdan for possible breaches of securities laws in relation to the trading in futures contracts without a licence.

Neither Rantau Simfoni nor Zamani is licensed by the SC to solicit for monies or to trade in futures contracts on behalf of others, said the SC in a statement today.
