Section: Business News - Hanoi's consumer price index (CPI) decreased by a slight 0.2 percent in April as compared to March but still increased 9.44 percent over the same period last year, according to the city's Statistics Office.

Commodity groups that saw decreases in price included food and restaurant services, culture-sports-entertainment services and post and telecommunication.
