Section: General News - The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday denied the petition filed by Taguig City Mayor Sigfrid "Freddie" Tinga seeking a reconsideration on the transfer of the suspects in the Maguindanao massacre from Camp Crame, in Quezon City to Camp Bagong Diwa, in Bicutan, Taguig City.
In his petition, Tinga prayed that the order of the Court to transfer the hearing from Quezon City to Camp Bagong Diwa be reconsidered by the highest court of the land.
