Pristina, 15 Apr - Prime Minister Hashim Thaci has pointed the finger at UNMIK [UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo] for the current level of corruption in Kosovo. He said that, as prime minister, he could not do more to fight this phenomenon, because the justice system was not reformed and was still functioning based on what he called "the UNMIK mentality."
