French overseas regions mobile and broadband operator Outremer Telecom recorded a net loss of EUR 5.9 million and an EBITDA down 53.2 percent to EUR 16.1 million in 2009, partly due to an increase in fixed costs such as improving the density of existing networks and upgrades to 3G.
