Man Claims Setting Fire to Kasubi Tombs.

A man who yesterday walked to Nakulabye Police Station claiming that he set ablaze the Kasubi Tombs has been handed over the Criminal Investigations Directorate for further interrogation.

Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba confirmed that the man reported himself to police but declined to reveal details of what the man told police.

"It is true that a man came to police claiming that he is the one who burnt the Kasubi Tombs. We are recording his statement from which we shall analyze it," Ms Nabakooba said yesterday.
