Presidency minister Beatrice Wabudeya yesterday clashed with the public accounts committee chief, Nandala Mafabi, during the probe into CHOGM expenditure.
Wabudeya had appeared before the committee to explain how sh28b allocated to her ministry was utilised.
At the beginning, Bukedea MP Albert Oduman (FDC) chaired the meeting, which Wabudeya had opposed because the issues to be discussed had not been specified in her invitation letter.
