Indo-asian News Service HYDERABAD, 29 MARCH: United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson Mrs Sonia Gandhi and Union home minister Mr P Chidambaram spoke to Andhra Pradesh chief minister Mr K Rosaiah over phone to inquire about the situation in Hyderabad after the communal clashes.
