Section: Government & Politics - Shinawatra family lawyers have sought an appeal against the Supreme Court decision to seize assets of Thailand's once Prime Minister.

Mr Chatchai Tanthaprapas, lawyer of Mr Thaksin, together with Mr Sonporn Pongsuwan, lawyer of Mrs Pojaman Na Pombejra and Mr Kittiporn Adulrat, representing Mr Panthongtae and Ms Pinthongta have lodged separate appeals against the Supreme Court verdict with defense arguments attached to petition letters seeking the nullification of seizure orders that froze 46.3 billion THB in assets of the Shinawatra family.
