HomeGain's First Quarter 2010 Home Prices Survey provides some interesting nuggets from more than 1,400 real estate professionals throughout the nation.

The results of the survey, conducted over a week's time in early March, also shows a continuing disconnect between what home buyers and sellers think homes are worth.

Nationally, 63 percent of potential home buyers think that homes for sale are overpriced. Seventy-seven percent of home sellers believe their homes are worth more than the selling price recommended by their sales agent.
