DIST may reinstate financial results.

DIS Technology Holdings Bhd (DIST), listed on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market, may reinstate its financial results in the past few quarters due to an alleged sales fraud in Hong Kong.

The alleged fraud, involving orders worth a total of RM131.33 million, was reported by a major customer there, Starlight Marketing Ltd.

Starlight Marketing claimed that the alleged fraud involved one of its staff.

When contacted by Business Times yesterday, DIST managing director Dustin Cheah said it has sent lawyers to Hong Kong to investigate the matter.
