Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a special press conference today with Governor of the Bank of Israel Prof. Stanley Fischer, and the two men confirmed that Fischer will continue in his role for a second term.

Yesterday, the Knesset passed the new Bank of Israel Law in its second and third readings, which paved the way for Fischer to remain at his post.
