Supplied as compact multi-chip module (MCM) with built-in power functionality, NX9415(TM) is designed for step-down DC/DC converter applications. It converts 8-22 V input down to as low as 0.8 V with output current of up to 5 A. In addition to 2 MHz controller and 2 MOSFETs with 31 mW RDS(on), product features internal 5 V regulator that provides voltage supply to internal logic and driver circuit and allows for single supply operation. Module operates from 200 kHz to 2.2 MHz.
