Tokyo, March 16 Kyodo - Environment ministers from Japan, China and South Korea will meet in May in Hokkaido to discuss a joint action plan for sustainable development that will address issues such as global warming, Japanese Environment Minister Sakihito Ozawa said Tuesday.
