Frank J. Brandafino, 82, of Venice, formerly of New Jersey, died March 5, 2010.

A celebration of life will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. March 18 at Ewing Funeral Home. Services will follow at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at Sarasota National Cemetery.

Survivors include daughters Janice Turrell of Venice and Lori-Jo of Orlando; a son, Mark of Venice; a brother, Ray of Springhill; six grandchildren;

also his son-in-law, Larry Turrell; and daughters-in-law Belinda Brandafino and Sonia Gonzalez.

Frank was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a security officer in banking and was a member of the V.F.W. and Epiphany Cathedral.

Cafiero, Dorothy

Dorothy Ann Cafiero, 89, of Sarasota, formerly of Wantagh, Long Island, N.Y., died March 7, 2010.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 13, at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home.

She is survived by sons Larry of Sarasota and Kenneth of Bradenton; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Davidson, Annamay

Aug. 31, 1910 - March 6, 2010

Annamay Davidson, 99, years of age, formerly of Cleveland, passed away March 6, 2010.

A memorial service will be at a later date. Farley Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Annamay moved to the area in 1963. She resided at Jacaranda Trace Retirement Community in Venice. She was a member of the Venice Hospital Auxiliary Volunteers for some 35 years, with 30,483 hours of service to the hospital. She was a charter member of the Harbor Cove Boat Club and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in North Port.

Annamay was the beloved aunt of nieces Betsy Cundiff of Venice, Mary Seielstad of Reno, Nev., and Kay McGuire of Houston.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Davidson.

Paul A. Gustafson, 68, of Lakewood Ranch, formerly of Hamden, Conn., died March 4, 2010.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Celentano Funeral Home, New Haven, Conn. A Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas More Catholic Chapel at Yale University, New Haven.

Survivors include his wife, Elaine M.; sons Paul of Madison, Conn., Peter of Fort Collins, Colo., and Andrew of Brooklyn, N.Y.; daughters Danielle of No. Kingstown, R.I., and Amanda of Shelburne, Vt.; a sister, Patricia; and seven grandchildren.
