Formulated for elastomeric RIM and structural rigid polyurethane foam applications, Release Coating 7799 features flash point of 142[degrees]F, minimizing fire hazards that can occur with lower flash point release. Product provides 2-4 releases on structural rigid polyurethane foam applications and features low solids output of 25-40 g/min to maximize parts molded per gallon. Agent may also be considered for other urethane applications in which molding temperature is 155[degrees]F or higher.
