Statesman News Service KOLKATA,1 March: Letting go off the big fishes, the state government is ready to take action against small fries in the VedicVillage scam, ordering departmental inquiry against two employees including a revenue officer in South 24 Parganas for irregularities in mutation. The land and land reforms department has also decided to cancel the mutation of more than 30 acres of land, brought by the IT consortium, AkashNirman after an inquiry report found that the mutations were done against forged rent receipts.
