Zain Launches New Tariffs.

Zain has launched Flexxy, a new tariff platform that offers discounts up to 99% across all networks.
"It gives customers real time discounts as they make calls, especially when the network has less traffic," said Levi Nyakundi, the consumer marketing manager, at the launch on Thursday at Zain House in Kampala.
The discount rates also vary according to the geographical location of the caller and the time of call which determines the size of the traffic.
