Iran police seize 420 kg drugs southeastern province.

Iranian police have busted a gang of eight armed men and seized 420 kg of drugs in southeastern Sistan-Baluchestan Province, the provincial TV reported on 27 February.

The report quotes the provincial police chief as saying that eight gunmen arrested and 420 kg of opium were seized following clashes at gunmen's hideouts in Iranshahr and Dalgan townships. The confiscated arms included a Grinyov machine gun, a Kalashnikov assault riffle, …
