Between 700 and 1,000 Taleban rebels are fighting against Polish forces in Afghanistan's Ghazni Province - according to information collected by our Army, which Gazeta Wyborcza has obtained. Fortunately, most of the insurgents are divided into isolated groups commanded by local warlords, although it is true that they are increasingly better trained and equipped.

The information is the result of work conducted by Polish military intelligence and counterintelligence, among others, supplemented by surveillance operations and intelligence provided by the Americans.
