Pruksa Real Estate has emerged as the market leader in terms of revenue, but Land & Houses remains in top spot for net profit, according to the 2009 financial results of listed property firms.
This is the first time L&H has fallen to second place in terms of revenue. It had been No 1 in terms of both sales revenue and net profit since the 1997 economic crisis. It recorded its highest revenue of Bt23.92 billion in 2005.
L&H's net profit of Bt3.86 billion in 2009 maintained its earnings leadership.
