Fit notes replace sick notes in April...

- Good idea, but what do I do with the regular requests from patients for sick notes who have been to sign on and told to see me because the Jobcentre staff feel they should be signed off? Once a patient is told this it is very difficult to refuse. Is it a politically-led way to keep unemployment numbers down?
