Section: General News - A top U.S officer on Monday met with Israeli military echelon in a visit which local media said is aimed at discussing the Iranian nuclear program.
After an official military welcoming ceremony at Israel's Defence Ministry headquarters in Tel Aviv, Admiral Michael Mullen met with Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak and said that it was "critical" to exchange views.
Barak welcomed the U.S admiral and said that there are "differences even among friends".
