Tesco has agreed to pay for a drastical overhaul of the notorious bottleneck so it can build a new superstore off Quay Street.Among the plans are a new slip road off the A32 Gosport Road onto the A27 Western Way for traffic going towards Fareham train station.A new two-lane road will also be built through the existing roundabout for drivers coming out of Gosport and heading towards the M27.The news comes just aday after a broken down bus at theroundabout managed to bring rush-hour traffic out of Gosport to a standstill.Fareham Borough Council leader Sean Woodward said: 'It is now nearly 18 months since planning …
