Designed using iCoupler[R] chip-scale micro-transformer technology, ADuM540xW Series integrates DC-to-DC converter, which provides up to 500 mW of regulated, isolated power at 5 V output. Units offer multiple isolation channels in variety of channel configurations and support data rates up to 25 Mbps. Operating from supply voltage of 4.5-5.5 V on either side, devices are qualified for AEC-Q100 -40 to +105[degrees]C automotive temperature, suited for HEV motor drives and battery management systems.
