Section: General News - President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is set to arrive Cebu Wednesday afternoon to highlight the province's contribution to the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry in her Cyber Corridor tour.

Arroyo, who will be flying in from Bacolod, will showcase one of her administration's milestone projects, the Cyber Corridor.

Fayette Rinen of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) 7 said the sector has provided jobs to millions of Filipinos.

The tour includes Baguio, Metro Manila, Clark and Davao and Cebu, which the President cited in her State-of-the-Nation Address as a major contributor to the growth of the BPO industry in the country. …
