Bintai Kinden, co-op team up to bid for jobs.

BINTAI Kinden Corp Bhd (BKCB) is teaming up with Kopetro Bhd, the employees' cooperative of Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas), to bid for engineering and construction work in the oil and gas industry.
BKCB, through its wholly-owned Bintai Asset Holdings Sdn Bhd signed a deal with Kopetro's subsidiary, Cotrade Sdn Bhd, yesterday to set up a joint-venture company.
"The engineering expertise of BKCB in the field of mechanical and electrical, together with the business network and licences of Kopetro provide a natural partnership," BKCB chairman Tan Sri Kamaruzzaman Sharif told reporters after the signing ceremony in Kuala Lumpur.
