For quite sometime, the public has been debating the spate of extra-judicial floggings in Mochudi ostensibly carried out by some members of a regiment that recently graduated from initiation. While the public has been debating this polarising subject and in the process adding to the confusion, the Attorney General has been quiet perhaps watching from the sidelines.
