Supplied in 8-lead MSOP and 3 x 3 mm DFN packages, LT6350 is 33 MHz rail-to-rail input and output ADC driver that settles to 16 bits in 350 ns. Each of 2 internal op amps achieves 1.9 nV/√Hz input-referred noise density, resulting in 8.2 nV/√Hz total output-referred noise. Operating on 2.7-12 V supply and consuming 4.8 mA, driver enables ADCs to achieve better than 110 dB SNR over 1 MHz bandwidth. At 100 kHz, it achieves -102/-97 dBc HD2/HD3 typ.
