COPE youth blow whistle on leaders with call for early poll SIBONGAKONKE SHOBA Staff Writer THE Congress of the People (COPE) Youth Movement has passed a vote of no confidence in the party's national leadership and called for the immediate dissolution of the national committee.

The Mbhazima Shilowa-aligned youth wing yesterday proposed that an early elective and policy conference be held by the end of May. The proposal is contained in a discussion document adopted by the youth wing as its official position at a weekend national steering committee in Johannesburg.
