CORPORATE: CII, Business Line awards for rising TN entrepreneurs.
from BUSINESS LINE, January 21, 2010 Chennai, Jan. 20 - To recognise and applaud the spirit of entrepreneurship in Tamil Nadu, the Confederation of Indian Industry and The Hindu Business Line have come together to institute the Tamil Nadu Emerging Entrepreneurs Awards. The winners will be announced in March.
Launching the selection process for the awards, Mr C. K. Ranganathan, Chairman, CII Tamil Nadu Chapter, said the idea behind the awards is to bring to the limelight the State's budding entrepreneurs so that they make the next big jump and join the growing list of national-level players.
