Anambra Women Rise for Ekwunife.
In what appeared to be a radical break from political impossibility of the past, the women of Anambra State gave a massive boost to the PPA gubernatorial candidate, Iyom Uche Ekwunife, "the change we need" apostle in Awka yesterday as they all trooped out for a one million women rally for her.
Tagged 'Women Opinion Poll for Ekwunife' the huge assemblage through their leader and veteran women mobilizer, Mrs Rita Akonobi, stated that "against the tide of rigged Opinion Poll masquerading as populist vent for some candidates, we the women of Anambra State decided to speak with our voice and presence, not statistics or publications.
