LION DIVERSIFIED ACCEPTS MRL'S OFFER FOR POLARIS SHARES.
from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 12 (Bernama) -- Lion Diversified Holdings Bhd has disposed of its entire 24.9 per cent stake in Polaris Metals NL, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
The disposal was effected yesterday via the acceptance of a share offer by Mineral Resources Limited (MRL) for all Polaris shares on the basis of one MRL share for every 10 Polaris shares plus A$0.101 cash for every one Polaris share.
"The final MRL offer values the Polaris shares at A$0.821 (RM2.463) per share (based on the closing price of MRL shares of A$7.20 (RM21.60) per share on Jan 6," Lion Diversified told Bursa Malaysia …
