Section: General News - Four Thai students are congratulated by the Ministry of Education after winning the first prize at an international snow sculpture contest.

The team, consisting of Mr Visanu Phovichien, Mr Rungchai Suknet, Mr Chakkrit Pewchan, and Mr Ruengritdej Songkwan, has won The 2010 Harbin International Collegiate Snow Sculpture Contest which was held in the city of Harbin, People's Republic of China.
