Sarasota Christian tried to use its long range bombers to keep Riverview in check, but in the end the Rams height proved to be the difference.

Riverview dominated the boards 34-19 and limited the host Blazers to only four offensive rebounds in earning a 67-61 victory Saturday in a game whose proceeds went to the Sarasota County Youth Foundation.

Sarasota Christian (6-9) fell behind 19-6 after the first quarter and never led, but the Blazers long range shooting got them back into the game enabled them to eventually tie the game.
