Cuban envoy praises ties with Serbia, doubts US to lift blockade soon.

I am very happy about the fact that more and more Serbian tourists visit my country every day. In Cuba, Serbian people, to whom we are connected by ties of historical and sincere friendship, have the possibility to enjoy the country's natural beauties and can count on Cuban hospitality, as well as learning at first hand about the Cuban reality, people, and culture, which is a great opportunity.

Apart from the capital city and Varadero, Serbian tourists visit also the country's interior, especially the provinces of Pinar del Rio, where the Vinales Valley is situated, and Villa Clara, where they visit the memorial guarding the remains of Che Guevara and other guerrilla comrades, as well as the colonial city of Trinidad in the south central part, Cuban Ambassador to Serbia Mercedes Martinez Valdes says in an interview to Danas.
