Bauchi Crisis Death Toll Rises.

The death toll from the Bauchi religious crisis of 28 Monday has continued to rise following the reported death of some of those injured during the shootout with security operatives.

Vanguard gathered from some of the aid workers that rescued most of the injured people that more deaths were recorded among those taken to the Specialist Hospital for medical attention saying that most of those who had serious gunshots and cutlass wounds later died.

One of the aid workers, who refused to disclose his identity, also said that between Monday night and Tuesday morning a few more corpses of those who ran away with various degrees of injuries …
