PETROLEUM and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN), has expressed concerned over denial of workers's right in the country's Free Trade Zones (FTZ) especially freedom of association as enshrined in the section 40 of the nation's constitution.

In a communique issued at the end of its recent National Executive Council (NEC), PENGASSAN decried the growing rate of casualisation and contract staffing in the industry, lamenting that it is losing members to the unfair policy.
