CHAIRMAN, House of Representatives' Committee on Niger Development Commission (NDDC), Nicholas Mutu, said yesterday that the commission has awarded a N20billion contract for the construction of Gbaregolor/Ezebiri road project to Setraco Nigeria Limited.

Mutu, who spoke during a 3-day interdenominational crusade he organized for his constituents at Akugbene, Bomadi local government area of Delta State, disclosed that payments had already been made up front to the construction company.
