Khost, 31 December: Salahoddin Ayubi: "A national army officer has carried out a suicide attack on an American centre." A spokesman for [Taleban commander] Mawlawi Haqqani's fighters, Salahoddin Ayubi, has said that the suicide attack on the US forces base in Khost Province was carried out by a national army officer.
