from BUSINESS LINE, December 31, 2009 Kottayam, Dec. 30 - Spot rubber turned weak on Wednesday. The prices slipped following the declines in the domestic and international rubber futures though there was no selling pressure on any grade.

Sheet rubber moved down to Rs 139 from Rs 140.50 a kg on buyer resistance. The market made all-round declines while most of the traders seemed to be waiting for a trend reversal in futures.

Futures decline The January futures for RSS 4 moved down to Rs 141.83 (142.69), February to Rs 144.05 (145.15), March to Rs 146.50 (147.33) and April to Rs 149 (149.56) a kg on National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE). …
