Agriculture Ministry is "most corrupt" in Tajikistan - paper.

Excerpt from article entitled: "The Ministry of Agriculture is the most corrupt body", published by the Tajik newspaper Millat on 10 December:

Tajikistan harvested three times less cotton this year compared to 1991. Officials from the Tajik Ministry of Agriculture told a news conference in Dushanbe on 7 December that this happened because of unfavourable weather conditions, low quality cotton seeds and a shortage of investments in the sector.
