Listed Vulcan Industrial and Mining Corp. wants to double its aggregates output next year to increase sales, a company official said.
Higher sales would allow the miner to fund exploration for gold, copper and nickel projects nationwide, the executive added.
"There is an [aggregate] plant that could double our production, the Morong Aggregates Project," Patrick V. Caoile, executive vice-president of Vulcan, said in a recent interview.
